Supervision
I offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists who want a reflective, collaborative space to think about their work without performance or pressure.
I am interested in supervision that supports clarity, limits, and ethical confidence, rather than self-surveillance or hierarchy. Difficulty, stuckness, and ambivalence are welcomed as part of practice, not signs of failure.
In supervision, we may draw on relational, somatic, intuitive, or symbolic perspectives while staying grounded in the practical realities of the work and the therapist’s capacity. Any intuitive sense is held lightly and explored collaboratively rather than treated as authoritative.
This approach may be particularly suited to reflective practitioners and those working with neurodivergent clients. It may not suit those seeking prescriptive answers or an expert-led model.
